This notice explains how VidHive Enterprise handles personal information submitted through vidhiveenterprise.co.uk or shared through our listed contact channels.

Information we collect

When you request a callback, visibility report or private demonstration, we may collect your name, law firm, business email address, telephone number, preferred contact time and the information you include in your message.

How we use it

We use the information to respond to your request, arrange a demonstration, prepare or discuss a visibility report, discuss a design-partner pilot and keep a record of relevant business correspondence. We do not use this form to accept legal matters or provide legal advice.

WhatsApp

If you contact us through WhatsApp, your message and contact details will also be processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Please do not send confidential client information, legal documents or sensitive personal data through the initial WhatsApp message.

Lawful basis and retention

We process business enquiries where necessary for our legitimate interests in responding to prospective clients and, where relevant, taking steps before entering a contract. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, legal obligations and business records.

Sharing and security

We may use trusted service providers to host, secure and operate the website and communications. We do not sell enquiry information. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect the information we hold.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
